At Gogaa, we are aware that this can be difficult & time–consuming. That’s why we will accomplish all that for you at no cost!Our expert technical staff members will move your site content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have got a lot of experience with web site migration and are able to take care of everything – from an ordinary WordPress weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–powered web site, to a very complex, custom–built web application.

A: There are lots of variables to bear in mind – the overall amount of web files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our website migration professionals, etc. Having said that, we do our very best to carry out all website migrations in a 48–hour window. Smaller sites are transferred much faster – usually within 24 hours.

A: We will require the login information for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel and the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can start the transfer of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose more or less the same details you have given to your old web host. We also have an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate info is dealt with.

A: Your web site will work just like it did before with your former web hosting provider. After we are done with the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our platform and we’ll alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will need to do is modify the NS resource records associated with your domain. Your site will be transferred to us without any downtime.

A: Nope. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we don’t require anything. We will never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–powered web hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
